For example, if your digestive system isn't working properly then it won't be able to properly digest food, which could lead to malnutrition or even death. If the water in your cells isn't flowing through them properly then they won't be able to function properly either—they'll just start dying off one by one until there's nothing left! The same goes for your circulatory system if it doesn't have enough blood flowing through it; the same thing happens there too! Your nervous system needs nutrients from vitamins and minerals too—if it doesn't have enough then it will stop functioning properly too!

The best part about being healthy is that it's something we can do for ourselves, in our own time and at our own pace. We don't have to live up to anyone else's expectations or be pushed into doing things we don't want to do.
