We get it. You need to make sure that you're eating well, exercising regularly, and staying connected with other people. But think about this: if you're not taking care of yourself in some way, the work you do has a chance of affecting your long-term health and wellbeing.

But the fact is that a lot of us are living unhealthy lifestyles. And the sad part is, we don't even realize it.
